How to become a PLAY member?

1. Complete the PLAY membership application form, which you can pick up at the Club reception desk, or download from here.

2. Submit the application to the Club reception or send it to the address: GCCH, a.s., Vltavanů 546, 147 00, Praha.

3. Pay a yearly fee in the amount of CZK 3 000 at the Club reception or by bank transfer to the account no. 1857292/0800, variable symbol being your Birth date. 

4. Within 3 - 4 weeks from the submitting the application and after the payment of the membership fee, your ČGF member card will be ready to pick up at the reception, with validity till December 31, 2011.
